What is the Paleo Diet | Definitions and Tips Paleo Diet - Paleo diet is a dietary adjustments as we follow our ancestors ate. The point is that we consume as the beginning of our ancestors before civilization began. Paleo Diet is the diet ( dietary adjustments ) by using the principle that in ancient times used by our ancestors in the stone age, so the paleo diet is to eat like a caveman eaten by humans. But that does not mean we have to eat raw foods as they are, of course, we have experienced a lot of evolution and of course we have a structure that has different food processing with them.

The paleo diet is basically to help you achieve your ideal weight by not eating or torturing yourself with fitness more than 3 hours in the gym. The paleo diet helps your body shape as desired . The paleo diet can also save you from diabetes, coronary heart disease, or chronic disease which is now very easy to attack humans.

I know this paleo diet recently, and very interested to do so. This is because the diet is not too ' torture ' and ' exhausting '. In essence, Paleo Diet has some important elements are interlinked, ie Nutrition , Fitness , and Lifestyle.

Nutrition

The basic philosophy behind Paleo Diet nutrition is that we eat as it has been provided by nature for us to eat. Humans have been eating meat and vegetables over millions of years. Grains were introduced to our food since 10,000 years ago. It might look like a long time ago, when only about 333 generations. Evolution does not happen quickly. Over the last three or four generations, our diet may have experienced more change than ever before.

Without us knowing it, this time we now have many new food we eat has never been before, the food is not at all optimized for the needs of our bodies. New foods that have undesirable results in our body. And in the same time period, significantly increasing a lot of modern diseases and obesity. So this time to try Paleo Diet for our health.

Fitness

Fitness is something that must be maintained by each person as part of a normal and healthy life. Humans in paleo times actively reduce the risk of chronic cardio to move as much as possible in every day. Lots of walking at work, do not use the elevator, move and continue to move, this is main of Paleo Diet.

Body strength is really important, but it does not mean you have to spend hours in the gym every day, or body shape like carved image of the artist. The ancient hunters would have puzzled look of today's modern man in the room while using the machine, and exercising for hours. They will not do anything for physical exercise. They all will practice as part of their life such as hunting animals, gathering food, maybe even dancing as a social event. And they must have done this barefoot too ! So what if you start looking for ways to move your body while working to rebuild your fitness with Paleo Diet.

Lifestyle

Stress is a major problem in the lifestyle, without many realizing it, more stress comes from an imbalance of hormones in the human body. Do you realize how many young people around you who are not emotionally developed and unhealthy ? they were acting strangely and easily depressed. Do you see the connection now with the increasing number of fast food and instant food, an increasing number of?

Enough sleep or adequate rest is essential to maintaining the balance of hormones in the body, as the food we eat and digest, if not supported by adequate rest, then our bodies will be difficult to maintain hormone balance outstanding therein. So, in paleo diet, healthy lifestyle and sleep enough must to be done.
